A Great New England Wedding at Felton-Smith Historic Site in Peabody, MA
It's now August and the blistering heat wave has finally eased - which is weird because it's usually the opposite. August is normally the hot month. During the heat wave, I had the pleasure of photographing Jay and Kate at the Felton-Smith Historic Site in Peabody MA. The Felton-Smith site is a great New England house, orchard, and a restored barn perfect for receptions. The best part was that everyone in the wedding party was really fun and down to earth. It made for some great portraits and candid photos.
In this wedding I was using the Fuji X100 camera. It may look like a small rangefinder, but it packs a huge punch and it allowed me to move around more freely and more unnoticed.
