This wedding was very special to me. It's not everyday that I get to photograph a Polish wedding. It's near and dear to me because I am also 100% Polish. To see this kind of wedding and having it NOT family-related is few and far between. That said, Krystyna and Paul were an awesome couple, very fun to work with, and I had a blast! The ceremony was held at St Mary of the Assumption Parish, and the wedding reception was at Spinelli's in Lynnfield, MA. The day couldn't have been more perfect. It was a mix of old traditions and candid fun.

More and more I photograph weddings with my FujiFilm X100 and X-E2. It's great, sharp images that render images beautifully. What that means for a wedding is that I can blend in better. I don't have to perpetually lug a beast of a camera and try to blend in. Two small rangefinder-like cameras will do the job. I think the end results say it all.
