White Mountains Elopement in Franconia NH

I don't get the opportunity to photograph many elopements. So it was a real treat when Anna and Tony reached out to me to photograph their big day. But they were not from the New England area. They were in Virginia looking for a weekend get-away for fun and marriage!

And they needed a guide. They came to the right photographer!!!

It's pretty obvious that I love the White Mountains. If I'm not photographing a wedding in the area, I'm usually photographing waterfalls and other landscapes. I knew little areas for portraits. We photographed in gorgeous locations in Sugar Hill, The Basin, Beaver Pond and back to Franconia! 

I also helped them with their venue. They wanted to exchange vows at sunset surrounded by mountains. There was only one place that would be perfect, and that was Toad Hill Farm!

I can't believe the day we had. Anna and Tony had the best time visiting the region. Their ceremony was charming, full of love and perfect!!! They are a wonderful couple and I'm am very grateful they trusted me in photographing their big day as well as planning it.
